VHS-to-DVD Transfer Services

Have TDM Equine Design transfer your VHS video footage to DVD!!

Your VHS video footage can now be transferred to DVD for promotion of your farm, stallion(s), and horses for sale.

Production of your farm's DVD includes:

Title/info screens for each horse.
Fade in/out transition effects.
Individual DVD movie menu option for each horse/event.
Individual background music of your choice for each horse (provided by the client on cd-rom).
Editing of video footage (removal of undesirable footage).

TDM Equine Design can produce and provide a master DVD for the client to burn their own copies (client must have a DVD-RW drive), or we can burn the copies for you. We can also provide custom designed labels and labeling.

Basic transfer of VHS to DVD

A produced DVD can hold approx. 1 to
1 1/2 hours of video. This is dependent upon the amount of file space required to include audio tracks (background music), title/info screens, menu, etc.

Price includes:

Capture of video footage.
Creation of Title/Info screens & transition effects.
Basic video editing (removal of undesirable footage).
Background music.
DVD menu - Each horse or event can have its own menu button.
One master copy.

Background Music
You can choose to have your favorite songs by your favorite artists as the background music on your DVD! Your video will be captured without audio so that background noise, talking, etc. will not be heard by those who will receive your DVD. Then your chosen background music will be added to the videos for a more enjoyable viewing experience.

The client is responsible for providing TDM Equine Design with the desired background music on CD-ROM We highly recommend that you do NOT send your original music cd. Please copy the desired songs onto a blank CD-ROM for mailing to TDM Equine Design.
We can help you with instructions for doing this upon request.

**In some cases, TDM Equine Design may already have some appropriate music on hand. A list of artists will be included here at a later time.**

Video Editing Limitations
Please note that the video quality of your DVD is highly dependent upon the quality of your VHS video footage! We cannot "fix" poor quality footage in the editing process. Brightness and contrast can sometimes be somewhat enhanced, but grainy, shaky, etc. footage cannot be fixed.

If you have any doubts about the quality of your video footage, not to worry. TDM Equine Design will view your entire footage prior to starting any project, and will advise the client if it is felt that the video footage is not of appropriate quality before beginning any work on the DVD project. The client will not be charged for any services at this point!
The client will only be responsible for return postage of their video/audio materials.

Additional Services

Burning and Labeling
If you do not have a DVD-RW drive in your computer, TDM Equine Design can burn copies of your DVD movie for you at an additional per copy price. We can also provide custom label design and label application of your DVD copies for you.

All equine color genetics products will be written for the average person ... avoiding the use of extremely technical & scientific terms as much as possible.
